PAYMENT

We accept the following payment options: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal and MONEK gift cards. We do not accept checks, cash or money orders.

TAX

Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to the following states: California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, Illinois, New York, and Texas. Tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order.

We do not collect sales or use taxes in all states. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.

For International orders, note that taxes and duties will vary based on the country the order is shipping to, and you are responsible for paying them as well clearing customs, MONEK is not responsible for clearing customs and or paying taxes.

CHECK ORDER STATUS

To check your order status log into my account. Under order history, select your current order number. From here, you can view order details, see your order status, and track your order. To check your order status without an account, select order status at the bottom of the page and enter the order number and your e-mail address.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Each destination has a different delivery time and shipping cost, at the time of checkout you can review the shipping options and costs. In case we can't get prepared your order on time, we will inform to you, and in case of, we will cancel and refund your payment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We only accept exchanges of size, you need to send back to us in the original package, the product(s) needs to be new, unused and clean, in case we receive them in bad condition, used or dirty, we can´t exchange it.

Before you send us back any item, please first write us with your order number, then we will give to you specific instructions for your case.

  • You have 7 days after you receive your order to request an exchange
  • Items in sale and or final sale, can't be exchanged
  • Shipping charges are not refundable
  • A $9.00 fee will be deducted from your total refunded amount, for procesing
  • Please note that, while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may cause us to reject future orders from you.
